These Terms & Conditions apply to the 299brt platform and all its services. By creating an account or using this platform, you automatically agree to these terms.

299brt operates under a license issued by an international gaming authority. All of our operations are governed by the conditions of that license. Members are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of Bangladesh and any other country from which they access our services.

The following requirements must be met to register an account with 299brt. Failure to comply may result in your application being rejected or your account being closed at a later date.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• All information provided must be accurate and truthful — submitting false information may result in account termination
• Each individual may operate one account only
• Accounts must be registered in your own name — managing an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required — using a national ID card or passport
• Online gaming must be legal in the country from which you are accessing the service

299brt supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• No processing fees on deposits
• Deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5–10 seconds

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 299brt. If any of these are proven, your account may be permanently banned and your balance forfeited.

• Match fixing or attempting to manipulate outcomes
• Bonus abuse using multiple accounts
• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to access or hack another member's account
• Assisting minors in creating an account

Members may close their own account, or 299brt may suspend or terminate an account for specified reasons.

• If you wish to close your account, please contact support — any remaining balance will be refunded
• 299brt reserves the right to terminate an account without notice in the event of a terms violation
• Any valid balance remaining in a closed account will be returned through the designated process
• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be suspended — contact support to reactivate
• Failure to provide KYC information may result in account suspension
